DETAILED PROJECT AGREEMENT This includes description of project, time frames, deliverables and detailed cost breakdown as well as terms of payment
CREATIVE PRODUCTION 1. Script creation by the Elafi team (from patient's story, and/or known disease descriptors): a: write-up to fit content within time frame specified b: test for accuracy (acquiring input from other MDs, from existing guidelines or recent papers in peer reviewed journals etc). 2. Approval of script by you.
STORYBOARDING/ ANIMATIC PROCESS 3. Based on approved script, detailed outline of visuals (sequence of story narration with embedded visuals of animation or special effects). 4. Approval of script and visual outline by you. 5. Animatics to allow for revision of shots and sequence. 6. Mutual sign off at this stage. |
PRODUCTION PHASE
DELIVERABLES High resolution format for appropriate end-use purposes and audiences NOTE: If the desirable product/service is of another format (for example educational printed material with computer graphics), a similar step-wise process (consultation, agreement, script, draft for review and final product delivery) will be followed. PROPOSAL ASSUMPTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Unless script is to be created by Elafi, all scripts, written materials and stock photos/graphics and music will be supplied to Elafi in the format specified. If client requests revisions beyond the pre-approved scope of work or later within the process after original work has been approved, the client will be notified immediately of the additional costs. Elafi will not proceed with further work until additional costs have been approved in writing. Client will appoint one sign-off person in the organization who will devote adequate time across the whole project and whose agreement will be binding. Approvals or revisions must be returned to Elafi in writing within 5 business days. Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Additional tape stock, digital transfers and storage media are extra, unless specified in the original agreement. |
